In this podcast we continue with our second visit from two of the local elders.
The discussion moves onto the Biblical definition of a false prophet. I also provide both elders with evidence relating to the Watch Tower Society's dishonesty regarding their links to Johannes Greber. Please notice how swiftly this information is dismissed and attention is turned on my character instead.
Listen out for one of the elders saying that Jehovah would allow people to die within the Organisation due to their teachings.
Stunningly, this same elder says that anomalies in the Society's publication is the same as there being anomalies in the Bible. For some reason he also recommends that we read the "God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins . this elder says , "You'll find enough there to disturb you".
Also, the overt use of emotional blackmail may surprise you. Emotions become raw. Listen out for the moment when one of the elders agrees that we're being treated like we're dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe.
Thanks for listening to these podcasts. We feel it's important that people hear the standards that the Watch Tower Society sets for itself and the standards that are set for "rank and file" Jehovah's Witnesses.

It is so old to keep talking about Greber and false prophets. That was 30 years ago.

That is not correct. That is not the religion of Jehovah's Witnesses and your believing it was your false belief.
JWs accept the teachings because they are the best that we can have at this time.

Who cares? So people are judged by what they say? So the religion and organization is judged based on your secret recording.

The fact is the wts teachings and their deeds show their claims to be God's organisation to be false.

The above quote shows if you get Disfellowshipped, your no longer a Jw you die at armageddon and you are spiritually dead to God in the meantime, did I miss something?
You say you "accept the teachings because they are the best we have can have at this time"
Even if the teachings mean you die? Like the organ transplant ban during 1967-1980?
You accept them because if you don't you are out the door whether they are proved to be true or false.
You then say who cares? Whether people live or die by following wts teachings?
I for one care.
Th elders are representatives of the wts and their teachings so it's entirely proper to let people hear what they say.
How about this for Blackmailing....you must believe what we say whether it proves to be right or wrong even if it kills you.. oh and if you don't you will be put out and no one including your former friends and family will talk to you ever again. Blackmail?

Hi Matt, I'd like to offer you some sound advice. Ignore "thedude", He's unfortunately one of 6.5 million jw's who "can't see the elephant in the room". I'm in the process of trying to teach "truth" to my family of jw's, I'm finding it incredibly frustrating. All the best mate.

Nice job; have listened to parts 1-5, now listening to part 6. I find it funny that they maintain that the Kingdom is a doctrine, but that 1914 is not--yet if 1914 is NOT a doctrine, how and why can they disfellowship you for your lack of belief it it?

Thanks. They find it impossible to distinguish a Watchtower dogma from a clear Bible teaching, that's the problem. We will never understand everything in the scriptures but usually when they impose Watchtower "doctrines" on the Bible it does not work.It only serves to promote confusion and continual "new light" is needed.

ReplyDeleteI am cringing apart from all the untruth and manipulation I am stunned at the lack of intelligence on part of that group of men. How dangerous and sad that men as thick as that are allowed to destroy people's lives .
